Calling all Women Business Owners in the Triangle!
We are seeking applications for $4,400 in scholarship money to be awarded at our May 9th 2012 monthly meeting
Do you need training or new skills to grow your existing business?
The Women Business Owners Network of Cary is awarding two scholarships of $2,200 each to be used for any type of educational training, classes, certifications, etc. to improve the skills and knowledge you use in your business.
Applicants must:
- Be a female business owner who either operates a business located in Wake County OR is an active member of WBON of Cary.
- Have successfully operated said business for a minimum of one year by March 15, 2012.
- Articulate how the scholarship money will be used for their continuing business education.
- CLICK HERE for the WBON Scholarship Application Form. It is going to automatically download to your computer. After completing, please mail it with the required attachments no later than March 15, 2012.
Scholarship winners will be chosen by an impartial (non-member) panel and scholarship awards will be presented to winners at the WBON monthly meeting on May 9, 2012. Winners will also receive ongoing mentoring and a complimentary 1 year membership in WBON-Cary.
